     循環(huán)腐蝕試驗（CCT）: 該項試驗包含鹽霧、溫度變化、干濕交替等工況，模擬汽車零部件在戶外經(jīng)歷的大部分腐蝕環(huán)境，與戶外的相關性較好。
    Cyclic Corrosion Test (CCT): The test includes salt fog, temperature change test anddry/wet alternately, simulating most corrosive     environments of auto parts gothrough outdoor, has good rank order correlation with outdoor corrosion.

    理論上，循環(huán)腐蝕試驗適用于所有汽車金屬零部件。截止目前，已驗證和制定了針對電泳、噴涂類涂層產(chǎn)品、不銹鋼產(chǎn)品、鑄鋁件產(chǎn)品的一系列循環(huán)腐蝕試驗方法。其中，鐵基材的電泳、噴涂類涂層產(chǎn)品、不銹鋼產(chǎn)品的循環(huán)腐蝕試驗方法可參考Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014《汽車零部件耐腐蝕試驗指導規(guī)范》，鋁制電泳、噴涂類涂層產(chǎn)品、鑄鋁件產(chǎn)品的循環(huán)腐蝕試驗方法可參考Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015《汽車鋁制零部件耐腐蝕試驗及評價規(guī)范》。
    Bytheory, cyclic corrosion test applys to all the metal parts of car. By now, wehave worked out a series of cyclic corrosion test methods forcoating or plating parts, stainless steel parts and aluminium castparts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.886—2014 is applying to coating or plating parts made ofsteel and stainless steel parts. Standard Q/BYDQ-A1901.959—2015 isapplying to coating or plating parts made of aluminium& aluminium alloy, and aluminium cast parts.
